Accountant

For our office in Madrid, Aquila Capital is seeking an Accountant (f / m / d) .

Your Responsibilities

• General accounting and bookkeeping.
• Management of monthly journal entries, provisions, and depreciations.
• Reconciliation of accounts : banks, AP / AR, intercompany figures, etc.
• Reviewing the accuracy of the accounting books and financial statements, and ensuring the timely submission of monthly financial reports.
• Management of supporting documentation for accounting entries and supporting files.
• Preparation of annual financial statements and official books.
• Supporting the audit process of audited entities.
• Preparation of tax compliance forms (VAT declarations, CIT / Mod 22, etc.).
• Coordination with external providers (e.g., auditors, lawyers, banks).
• Management of analytical accounting, working with coding trees and budgeting items.
• Management of the invoices payable process (reception of invoices, incorporation into workflow IT tools, signature by department heads).
