Job Description
At goFLUENT, you'll support learners by responding to their needs via phone or email and guiding them through their training. You'll act as a training consultant, handling diverse requests and collaborating closely with the Sales / Customer Success team to update on client progress.
We seek a Learning Consultant passionate about customer service, capable of addressing concerns and providing guidance. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and advanced English is required.
