Job Description

At goFLUENT, you'll support learners by responding to their needs via phone or email and guiding them through their training. You'll act as a training consultant, handling diverse requests and collaborating closely with the Sales / Customer Success team to update on client progress.

We seek a Learning Consultant passionate about customer service, capable of addressing concerns and providing guidance. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and advanced English is required.

What You'll Do

  • Manage relationships with clients / learners participating in goFLUENT lessons / training.
  • Assist learners via calls or emails as per documented processes and supervisor guidance :

Resolve customer complaints

  • Follow up on training progress
  • Support Account Managers / Sales as needed by the LC Manager.
  • Achieve KPIs set with the LC Manager.
  • What You'll Need

  • Strong soft skills : empathy, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, effective communication.
  • University degree in Language Studies, Translation, or Interpretation.
  • Proactive, responsible, disciplined, and capable of multitasking.
  • Ability to work efficiently under stress.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools.
  • Native fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, or French, plus advanced English skills.
  • Certification in Portuguese language required for bilingual / native Portuguese candidates.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent oral communication and customer service skills over the phone.
  • Methodical, organized, relational, and open-minded to succeed in this role.
