- Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a strong first impression and growing your portfolio.

- Work closely with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements :
Bilingual in Swedish and fluent in English.1-2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer success.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).Bonus points if you have experience with Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365, or hold a Microsoft Fundamentals certification.Ability to build strong relationships and expand your client portfolio.Serve as a trusted advisor, helping businesses adopt advanced cloud technologies.Competitive salary between 19,500 - 31,500 gross / year, with private medical insurance.Full-time contract in Spain with paid training on the company's products and technologies.Work in a modern office located in Benalmádena, close to the beach, surrounded by a vibrant and innovative team.The Process :
