To further strengthen its position and capitalize on future market potential, Produal is now seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for its operations in Spain. As a key member of the sales team, the Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting all resellers in Spain. This role will provide strategic sales leadership, ensure robust customer support, and drive marketing initiatives to support Produal’s continued growth and profitability.
Sales & Account Management : Manage and support resellers in Spain, conduct regular business reviews, and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Handle sales quotations, order management, and follow-up processes for all customers, including satisfaction surveys and troubleshooting.
Sales Opportunities : Monitor and develop new sales opportunities, lead scouting and management, and update ERP / CRM with opportunities and customer information.
Social Media & Content Creation : Coordinate LinkedIn posts, maintain a regular presence on social media, and create and distribute newsletters with technical content related to our product portfolio.
Additional Tasks : Support additional daily sales and administrative tasks as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field and / or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or account management, preferably in B2B or technical / industrial sectors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
Experience with resellers or channel sales models.
Background in technical product sales or a similar industry.
Produal Sales Manager can be located in Madrid, with a remote / hybrid option.
