Working as part of an Administration management team, you will play a key role in the business's day-to-day operations. As part of a small team, you will become familiar with the Tyre Sealant business. The role is based in the Spanish office.
The role is available on a six-month basis and could extend to a permanent role.
1.2. Tasks
The applicant will be expected to perform the following core tasks :
- Work in a team that manages the logistics of OKO Global. This includes sales order processing, identifying and submitting purchases, as well as warehouse coordination;
- Take ownership of sales orders and manage them accordingly, including liaising with customers regarding special requests, order amendments, delays, or other updates;
- Enter orders into the factory and support them with troubleshooting;
- Enter orders into the OKO Global order management system;
- Manage stock levels;
- Liaise with suppliers, create purchase orders, and discuss delays with management;
- Coordinate and oversee the international shipping of orders;
- Handover of orders to the accounting team; and
- Promptly identify issues and address or escalate them appropriately.
