Job Title : Quality Assurance Engineer

Experience : 4–8 Years

Skills : Selenium, Cucumber, CI / CD, GitHub & AWS

Employment Type : Full-Time

Working model : Remote (from Spain, Poland & UK)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Engineer with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming, scripting languages (Java, JavaScript), and test automation frameworks. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to mentor team members, and excellent communication. Experience with tools like JIRA, Xray, and knowledge of AWS, JMeter, and security tools is a plus.

Competencies

  • Excellent Object-Oriented coding practices including strong design patterns knowledge, Refactoring, Clean Code, merging etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Scripting Languages like Java, JavaScript
  • Follow and recommend design principles and best practices for QA automation.
  • Able to develop and maintain test automation framework as per project requirement.
  • Understand automation test plans, product architecture and domain in details.
  • Solution providing approach for technical queries and help / mentor test automation team.
  • Should be able to develop components that are extensible to test tools.
  • Hands on experience in PoC solutions for client and can demonstrate.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with multiple tasks.

Required Skills

  • Have 4+ years of experience in Test Automation using Selenium Web Driver, Cucumber.
  • Have 3+ working experience in SOAP UI Automation and micro services automation using Rest Assured.
  • Experience with any CI / CD Tools - Jenkins
  • Experience with source code controls - GIT
  • Have working experience in iterative and Agile methodologies.
  • Quick learner with strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.
  • Have strong ability to understand business process flow.
  • Able to analyze, understand and describe issues and coordinate with dev team.
  • Exposure to Test and Defect Management Tools like JIRA, Xray.

  • Knowledge of AWS
  • Knowledge of tools like Apache JMeter, Security tools.
  • Exposure to the Banking and FInancial Services (BFS) domain.
