Your Tasks

  • As a Salesforce Engineer, you will strengthen our international team in the Schwarz Group's Software Engineering department, focusing on the Service Cloud solution.
  • You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of your developments : from requirements gathering to implementation and rollout to operation.
  • You will break down requirements, document tasks, and estimate efforts.
  • You will promote transparency by proactively sharing design choices with appropriate audiences, with the right level of detail and timeliness.
  • You will provide strategic and operational advice to internal customers.
  • You will ensure an efficient support chain.

Your Profile

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, especially in Service Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, Apex, LWC components, and declarative elements.
  • Experience developing complex functionalities with inbound / outbound integrations (REST, SOAP, External Objects, Events, Bulk API).
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture, code best practices, and design patterns.
  • Experience working in international environments with complex implementations and high data volumes.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and adaptability to changing requirements, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Business-level English (B2 minimum); German is a plus.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Service Cloud Consultant certifications are advantageous.
