Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Observability Engineer experienced with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm, with deep knowledge of Observability features (logging, metrics, tracing, APM, etc.), ideally in hybrid high-volume distributed platforms handling thousands of transactions per second.

The candidate should have proven experience with open-source components such as Telegraf, Prometheus, Grafana, FluentBit, Logstash, OpenSearch / Elasticsearch, Kibana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, or similar. Our Observability Platform components are deployed on Kubernetes and / or AWS EC2 instances, requiring support, rollout, governance, best practices, and automation for all internal teams and customers.

The successful candidate will join a talented team of IT professionals focusing on implementing solutions for our product requirements and technological challenges.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions aligned with product requirements and technological challenges.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability by design.
• Follow the Definition of Done at the technical level.
• Analyze technical trade-offs.
• Identify key components and subsystems.
• Detect weaknesses and failure points in Observability solutions and propose improvements.
• Support teams during significant technological challenges.
• Lead the development of technical and functional monitoring standards.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Contribute to the company's Communities of Practice.
• Promote new observability-related technological features.
• Serve as a technological reference and evangelist.
