Your role and work environment :

We seek a talented and enthusiastic leader to join our Home & Protection Tribe. This team is responsible for offering ING's retail customers transparent and competitive mortgage loans profitably, aiming to help customers purchase their dream homes and minimize attrition by providing tailored solutions throughout their life cycle.

In this role, you will lead commercial activities to achieve growth ambitions in Mortgages, steering your area to maintain market consideration, volume, and profitability, while developing pricing strategies and ESG agendas.

Your key responsibilities include :

• Developing and inspiring your team towards common goals, fostering collaboration, and enabling individual potential.
• Managing P&L for Mortgages in collaboration with other leads.
• Enhancing mortgage products with a full-cycle mindset, including in-life management.
• Implementing and refining mortgage pricing strategies aligned with bank ALM strategies.
• Managing complex transformation programs for mortgage processes, income, and customer satisfaction.
• Achieving sales and efficiency targets through various distribution channels.
• Staying ahead of regulatory and ESG developments in mortgages.
• Designing strategic priorities and staying updated on market trends.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and driving continuous improvement.
• Promoting interaction across teams and tribes, and representing your area externally.
• Developing strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
