Our Company

We created Hubble_s to build a disruptive and scalable B2B SaaS platform. When surveyed, we

found that most c-level executives say companies are, in essence, “Factories of Behaviors.”

These managers agree that they do not have the tools they need to manage behaviors at scale.

We fill this gap. With a successful track record of leveraging behavioral science, data, and our

proprietary IP with large enterprise clients, we are now taking our platform to a wider audience to

help managers at all levels align collective behaviors and make better decisions. We recognise

that key to achieving our mission is to secure an ambitious Data Scientist who can help us develop

insights from our unique behavioral data we are collecting from our user-base. To that end, we

are building our Madrid Data Lab and are seeking a true Data Scientist, someone with a

researcher's spirit who can perform a kind of alchemy : turning our unique behavioral data into

gold (predictive insights that unlock business performance).

What you will do :

We're not just looking for a Data Scientist; we're looking for someone with a researcher’s mindset.

Your mission is to push our agenda of connecting human behavior to business outcomes. You

will be the kind of person who sees our rich behavioral dataset as a territory to be explored. We

want someone who is naturally driven to dive in and proactively ask, "I wonder if...". Your core

mission will be to form your own hypotheses, push boundaries by finding creative

models / solutions for our data and be able to accompany and ground every discovery in

uncompromising scientific rigor. Most of that will include :

Lead the design and execution of end-to-end analytical projects, from formulating a novel hypothesis to presenting a final, compelling narrative to our teams.
Go beyond our internal database, sourcing and integrating external data. Perform complex feature engineering to transform raw information into powerful predictive signals.
Utilize statistical and machine learning models to uncover and validate your hypotheses, turning your insights into robust, evidence-backed conclusions.
Develop reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Synthesize your technical findings into clear, persuasive presentations that empower our team to leverage your insights.
Support the integration and enhancement of our data systems, ensuring high data quality and accessibility for your exploratory work.
Collaborate with teams to identify and implement opportunities for applying machine learning and AI to improve our platform.

What we are really looking for is :

Full time availability

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline (students about to finish their programs will be also considered)

Experience in data science and analytics, with proficiency in data collection, management, analysis, modelling, data quality, and visualization.

Proficient in foundations of statistics and data science.

You should be actively exploring how new technologies, from machine learning models to LLMs, can be applied to solve complex problems and uncover deeper insights.

A genuine hunger for AI, demonstrated by how you actively use modern tools like

Generative AI to augment your own abilities, whether it's to accelerate analysis, structure complex problems, or simply work smarter and faster.

Enthusiast for translating behavioral data into actionable insights (relevant experience in behavioral sciences a plus, but not required)

Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Self-starter but also able to take direction; ability to work both independently and collaborate as a team-player

Able to propose ideas and solutions, and then collaborate to improve upon them in a group setting

Excited to try new things, and willing to scrap old plans and create new ones as the need arises

We said it before but will say it again : an alchemist. Someone capable of transforming our rich data into gold. Someone with a creative mindset that also has the technical skills to back it with meticulous scientific rigor.

Be ready to jump in, with these foundational skills :

Advanced proficiency in Python or R programming (preferably Python and its data science libraries)

Proficiency in Generative AI (APIs, prompting)

Proven capacity to identify patterns and trends in data and communicate them clearly

A practical understanding of machine learning concepts and statistical analysis. We want you to be comfortable with the lifecycle of a model; from data collection, feature engineering and variable selection to model development and validation, and to see where ML can provide answers that traditional analysis cannot.

Proactive and excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required

Comfortable with adding structure to unstructured problems

Ability to act as a translator between the data world and business world
