At Tennium, we are looking for a Strategy Manager to work directly with the CEO on key strategic initiatives at both national and international level. This role offers the opportunity to play an active part in the company's growth, leading and supporting projects in areas such as business development, strategy definition & market expansion, and operational optimization. If you have a proactive, analytical profile and are eager to contribute to a global sports platform, this could be an excellent opportunity.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Strategy Manager position at Tennium in the Barcelona officeReporting to the CEO, working on strategic projects across different business areasLeading selected internal consulting projects on specific topics, working with different tournament teams locally and internationally, together with various business analysts and associates staffed on different internal engagementsProjects may include broader strategy definition, new market entry strategies, regional growth strategy definitions, selected M&A, new event concept designs, commercial strategies, internal and external benchmarking assessments, strategic project reviews, and internal process reviews & definitionsManaging occasional external client consulting engagementsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
4 to 6 years of experience in management / strategy consulting at a leading firmProven experience in project work and consulting engagementsStrong analytical and strategic problem-solving skillsStrong interest in and understanding of the sport businessExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsExperience managing analysts and associates in different project environmentsAn MBA from a reputable business schoolFluent in English and Spanish; additional languages (e.g. German, French, Italian) a plusInternational background and willingness to travel when requiredWHAT WE OFFER
