Open opportunity : Global Technical Services Sr Manager

As GTS Sr Manager, you will lead X-ELIO’s Global Technical Services department, ensuring the success and efficiency of renewable energy projects worldwide. You will be responsible for leading three core areas : Design, Engineering and Construction Technical Services, and Quality. Your mission includes supporting project delivery, optimizing technical and economic outcomes, implementing standardizations, and upholding quality and process control. Your leadership will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across X-ELIO’s global portfolio.

What will you do?

• Lead Technical Analysis & Project Optimization : direct yield assessments and optimizations to maximize energy production and financial performance across PV and BESS projects.
• Support Design & Implementation : guide design processes for project phases, ensuring compliance and quality in PV and BESS projects.
• Establish Quality Control : implement quality assurance processes, conduct inspections, and manage quality standards to meet project specifications.
• Optimize Cost Control : oversee cost management during EPC phases, ensuring budget adherence, timely payments, and accurate cash flow forecasts.
• Conduct due diligence and lead CAPEX estimations for all PV and BESS investment phases.
• Manage vendor relationships, collaborate on vendor evaluations, ensuring technical standards are met in procurement and project execution.
• Develop training programs to strengthen technical knowledge and share best practices across the organization.
