THE ROLE
The Client HR Tech Lead oversees the technical landscape for Alight’s global payroll clients, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and optimize HR technology solutions aligned with their business and HR transformation goals. They stay current on product upgrades and best practices, proactively seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement. The role also involves supporting the Client Service Lead in HR tech topics to enhance client perception and delivery excellence.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and understanding client needs. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with senior stakeholders and internal teams. A solid knowledge of Alight’s standard products (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HRX, payroll engines, time solutions, etc.), their features, and integration best practices is required. A problem-solving mindset and strong coordination skills are also necessary.
