We are looking for a Booking Agent to join our incoming agency in Santa Susanna to reinforce our team for next season. As a Booking Agent, you will be responsible for booking management, stop sales, allotment control, and following up on bookings in our destination. If you enjoy managing bookings and ensuring high-quality service, we look forward to meeting you.

Main responsibilities :

Booking management in our destination
Management of notifications and special requests
Manage stop sales
Daily follow-up of bookings
Coordinate with TTOOs and hoteliers
Manage incidents and complaints

Requirements :

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

Proficiency in English and / or German; additional languages are a plus

Studies in tourism or related fields

Good knowledge of the destination

Proficient in Excel and Outlook
