ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Clinical Project Manager in our Trial Division, reporting to the Trial & Pharma Unit Manager, your main responsibility will be to execute international MEDSIR-sponsored clinical trials within established timelines, managing costs and quality.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Internal project reporting and administration :

  • Discuss project quality, client and team satisfaction, and success metrics during review meetings.
  • Maintain accurate risk-tracking records and mitigation plans.
  • Update clinical trial digital systems regularly.

Resource management :

  • Define project roles based on requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
  • Determine required skill sets for projects.
  • Manage international clinical trials in the EU and US.
  • Oversee technology related to clinical trial development.
  • Experience with public funding projects and H2020 studies is highly valued.

    • Client management :

  • Enhance client satisfaction and relationships.
  • Discuss project quality and success metrics with clients.

    • Project accounting and finance :

  • Forecast revenue, profitability, and margins.
  • Track team hours and expenses weekly.
  • Prioritize project tasks based on strategic importance and budgets.

    • WHAT WE VALUE

  • At least 4 years of clinical project management experience.
  • University degree in a health-related field.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in small teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of other EU languages is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills to deliver projects on time and within budget.
