At FIREFIGHTGROUP, we’re hiring a Finance & Administration Manager to oversee, analyze, and improve our financial operations. This role is critical : you’ll be responsible for ensuring the company’s financial health, anticipating cash flows, and driving strategic decisions based on real-time data.

Our mission : To help, equip, support and unite firefighters worldwide.

1️⃣ What We Offer :

  • Hybrid setup : at least two half-days per week on-site at our office in the Tech Park of Paterna (Valencia, Spain). Full days are not required. Remote work is possible outside of these sessions.

2️⃣ Your Mission :

You will manage the company’s financial, administrative, and pre-accounting operations. More than just keeping track, your role will be to understand, challenge, and improve our results through clear analysis and recommendations.

1. Accounting & financial indicators

  • Oversee general bookkeeping (in collaboration with our external accounting firm).
  • Conduct bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor treasury, margins, and profitability.
  • Prepare financial statements and monthly reports.
  • Track and update key performance indicators (costs, cash flow, margins).
  • Develop monthly and yearly financial forecasts.
  • 2. Billing & payments

  • Manage invoicing for clients and suppliers.
  • Execute payments for suppliers, freelancers, and employees.
  • Monitor due dates, recurring expenses, and handle reminders.
  • Control every cost line by line.
  • 3. Administrative & HR tasks

  • Manage contracts (employees, freelancers, suppliers).
  • Serve as point of contact with legal, fiscal, and administrative bodies.
  • Support HR management : payroll, leaves, compliance documents.
  • Digitize and archive legal and financial documents.
  • 3️⃣ What We’re Looking For :

    Skills & experience

  • Proven experience in pre-accounting, finance, or administrative roles in a startup or SME.
  • Comfortable with e-commerce logic : B2C flows, logistics costs, payment cycles, net margin tracking.
  • Familiar with accounting software (Holded is a plus).
  • Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets : pivot tables, formulas, clean dashboards.
  • Able to build concise, actionable financial reports from raw data.
  • Example mission : Create a logistics cost dashboard by country, monitor net margins per product monthly, and propose pricing or supplier changes accordingly.

  • Comfortable in a small team and fast-moving environment.
  • Languages

  • Fluent French and English (written and spoken) required.
  • Spanish or / and German is a plus for administrative tasks.

  • Location : Tech Park of Paterna (Valencia, Spain) – Full time (remote optional, not mandatory)
  • Remote : Possible – with a minimum of 2 days / week on-site
