We are seeking a strategic and commercial leader to accelerate FNZ's growth in Iberia. This role involves leading business development, tailoring FNZ's value proposition to the local market, and closing transformational deals with key financial institutions.
Responsibilities include :
- Designing and executing the business development strategy in Iberia, focusing on :
- Medium to large-sized banks
- Wealth managers and private banking institutions
- Identifying, generating, and closing high-impact commercial opportunities.
- Leading commercial presentations and technical proposals, especially in operations and technology areas.
- Coordinating with FNZ's global teams to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.
Qualifications :
15 years of experience in business development, consulting, or leadership in operations / IT within financial services.Proven track record in complex B2B sales in wealth / asset management, insurance, or banking sectors.Active network in the Iberian financial ecosystem.Experience selling technology solutions (platforms, SaaS, cloud) to the financial sector.Excellent communication and influence skills at the executive level.Analytical capability and commercial vision.Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.We value the strength and diversity of thought in our global team.
