Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a professional to assist in the analysis and design of new business processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining Epics and User stories for banking projects, ensuring clear and concise functional requirements are developed.

Key responsibilities include :

• Assisting in the analysis and design of new business processes around requirements definition, information gathering, and documentation methodologies.
• Developing clear and concise functional requirements for technical developers that are free from ambiguity to minimize re-work and errors.
• Consulting with technical team members to ensure all requirements have been accurately addressed and supporting the technical group during the design and development activities.
• Coordinating updates to supporting documentation as part of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Participating in quality management reviews and ensuring project work products meet the requirements.
• Facilitating Business Requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
