Financial Planning and Analysis & Reporting Senior Analyst

As a FP&A and Reporting Senior Analyst , you’ll be at the heart of Volotea’s financial strategy, helping shape the decisions that keep us flying higher. How will it be to work with us?

Monthly reporting – Contribute to the preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow) and key KPIs, delivering insights that go beyond the numbers.

Cash flow planning – Support long-term cash flow forecasting and collaborate with the Treasury team on short-term cash flow planning and analysis.

Business plans & financial modeling – Assist in maintaining and updating 5-year financial models and business plans, ensuring flexibility to adapt to multiple scenarios.

Budgeting & forecasting – Actively participate in the annual budgeting cycle and quarterly forecasting process, contributing to business planning across departments.

Audit support – Help ensure a smooth audit process by supporting the Accounting team with timely, accurate financial data.

Process improvement – Support the ongoing automation and enhancement of reporting systems to increase efficiency and data accuracy.

Ready to join us?

What will make you succeed in this position :

Degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar field.

At least 4 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Consulting. Ideally, 2+ years in audit or consulting (Big 4 or similar) and 2+ years in a corporate FP&A or Controlling environment.

Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting fundamentals. Knowledge of Spanish GAAP is a plus.

Modeling & Automation – Strong financial modeling skills with a drive for automation and process improvement.

Analytical Mindset – Able to dig deep into data, uncover root causes, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.

Communication & Teamwork – Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across departments.

Tech Skills – Advanced Excel and PowerPoint user. Experience with Navision / Business Central and Power BI is a plus.

Languages – Fluency in English is required. Other languages are a plus.
