Position : Engagement Manager
Remuneration : Base salary + bonus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide dedicated support to a select group of partners developing publishing and expanding applications on cloud platforms as part of a strategic success program.
- Serve as the primary contact, delivering a positive first impression and establishing a foundation for lasting partner relationships.
- Define clear call objectives and conversation approaches to ensure consistent and repeatable execution.
- Focus on specific products and offerings tailored to the target audience.
- Implement a structured multichannel outreach strategy utilizing calls, emails, and social media.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver an exceptional engagement experience for customers and prospects.
- Position competitive solutions aligned with customer needs and experiences.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to inform future business decisions.
REQUIREMENTS :
Native or fluent in German (C1), both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in English.At least 12 years of experience in sales and / or account or customer management with a proven success record.Proficient in office productivity tools and CRM systems.Experience working with or selling cloud-based solutions or similar technologies.Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or related technologies.BENEFITS :
