What You Will Be Doing
As a Technical Support Analyst, your tasks and goals will include :
- Providing Level 0 and 1 support for the global SCIB platform both onsite and remotely.
- Reception, prioritization, investigation, escalation, and resolution of incidents.
- Monitoring critical alerts.
- Raising and following up on continuous improvement plans for batch and online processes.
- Collaborating continuously with second-level teams and suppliers.
- Monitoring metrics to improve performance and detect deterioration.
- Communicating with users, acting as the sole communication link with Business at times.
- Knowledge of monitoring applications.
- Experience within the ITIL framework.
- Managing and resolving incidents and requests through ServiceNow.
Experience
0-2 years of relevant experience.Education
Degree in Computer Science or similar.Skills & Knowledge
Techniques :
Technical knowledge of SCIB platform configuration and structure.Understanding of incident workflows and product startup processes.Knowledge :
Basic knowledge of wholesale banking and financial products is essential.English proficiency at B2 level is required.Desirable knowledge includes Python, Elasticsearch, OpenShift, Appian, API Connect, Oracle, MySQL, PowerBI, among others.Other :
