The new position will perform the role of Dynamics 365 technical expert.

It involves managing, supporting, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions within Nippon Gases Europe, covering 13 European countries and approximately 1,000 users.

Modules such as Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service are currently in use in some regions and are planned to be implemented in others. The scope of Dynamics 365 solutions is expanding in functionalities, departments, and user base.

The ERP systems integrated with Dynamics solutions include Oracle JD Edwards, SAP, and AS / 400, depending on the business and country.

Tasks / Responsibilities :

Technical expert :

  • Validate technical architecture (defined by external technical providers).
  • Manage Dynamics environments and define governance models as system administrator.
  • Collaborate on technical decisions related to the platform and ongoing projects.
  • Maintain the integrity of information stored in Dynamics systems.

Business analyst / Project management :

  • Support the current Field Service solution in Spain, troubleshoot incidents, and escalate issues to external providers.
  • Monitor and control activities in small projects.
  • Work closely with business users to understand needs and gather requirements.
  • Propose solutions that maximize Dynamics 365 features and benefits.
  • Promote consistent usage of Dynamics and adherence to processes.
  • Job requirements

    Education :

  • Certifications in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields (preferably).
  • Project management studies or certifications (PMI, Agile) are a plus (preferably).
  • Experience :

  • At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365.
  • Functional and technical experience with Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.
  • Experience leading functional analysis, configuring platforms, developing customizations, and integrations (preferably with Oracle JD Edwards or SAP).
  • Understanding of data models in Dataverse.
  • Support to business users :

  • Experience training users and working with them to define business processes and requirements, especially in industrial or healthcare sectors.
  • Languages : Fluent English (written and spoken), Spanish.

    Competencies : Strong interpersonal skills, high self-management, excellent communication, problem-solving, results-driven, customer-focused, open to new challenges, and eager to learn about business processes and Dynamics technology.

    Location : Madrid, with the ability to travel 10% across Europe.
