AboutTheRole

Were looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to lead our security compliance efforts and ensure our systems and processes meet industry standards such as SOC 2 ISO 27001 and other relevant frameworks. Youll work closely with engineering product and leadership teams to build a secure foundation as we scale.

What Youll Do :

Own and manage our SOC 2 certification process from gap assessments to audits and reporting

Develop implement and maintain security policies standards and procedures

Collaborate with engineering to design secure systems and infrastructure

Lead security risk assessments vulnerability management and incident response plans

Conduct internal audits and work with external auditors / consultants as needed

Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001 NIST GDPR etc.)

Educate and train teams on security best practices and compliance requirements

Continuously monitor evaluate and improve the companys security posture

What Were Looking For :

35 years of experience in cybersecurity risk management or compliance

Strong handson experience with SOC 2 audits and certification process

Familiarity with ISO 27001 NIST PCI DSS GDPR and other compliance frameworks

Knowledge of cloud security (AWS GCP Azure) and secure architecture principles

Experience conducting security assessments and working with external auditors

Strong communication skills able to collaborate across technical and nontechnical teams

Relevant certifications a plus : CISSP CISA CISM CCSP or similar
