As an Underwriting Service Coordinator you will get to work within an international and dynamic environment within our Commercial Lines division in EMEA. You will proactively support underwriting teams by delivering high quality customer service taking ownership of operational functions and service aspects coordinating with a variety of different functions and teams allowing underwriters to focus on production and underwriting
The Underwriting Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the endtoend lifecycle of producing and issuing an insurance policy for our customers along with any associated problem solving. For some parts you will be working with underwriters to create accurate and practical instructions for supporting teams to process information for others you will be performing the processing yourself. This could include new business customers just joining us renewal customers staying with us for another year or it could be changes customers would like to make during the term of their insurance. All are to be approached and performed with the customer at the heart; wanting to ensure your work is correct when the customer needs it and to the agreed Chubb service standards.
