HR and Payroll Specialist with Portuguese, Spanish & English

HR and Payroll Specialist with Portuguese, Spanish & English will be responsible for :

• Full-cycle payroll management for Portugal.
• Personnel administration : contracts, onboarding / offboarding, leave and absence management, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Coordinate with the finance department on payroll-related costs and provisions.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and labor regulations.
• Participate in recruitment processes : job postings, CV screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Support onboarding processes and follow-up with new hires.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.
• Assist in managing employee benefits and insurance.
