HR and Payroll Specialist with Portuguese, Spanish & English will be responsible for :
- Full-cycle payroll management for Portugal.
- Personnel administration : contracts, onboarding / offboarding, leave and absence management, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Coordinate with the finance department on payroll-related costs and provisions.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and labor regulations.
- Participate in recruitment processes : job postings, CV screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding processes and follow-up with new hires.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.
- Assist in managing employee benefits and insurance.
