Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert assistance and consultative account management to clients and partners.
  • Foster business environments that promote sustained account growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships within accounts, ensuring visibility into

strategies, plans, and competitor activity.

  • Research new sales opportunities within existing accounts to expand business.
  • Prepare commercial and technical service proposals to meet client needs.
  • Drive profitability by proactively managing accounts and executing against sales quotas and
  • targets.

  • Track, manage, and report ongoing activity related to the sales pipeline.
  • Respond to and resolve incoming customer or partner inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Engage with customers and partners to build long-term, trusting relationships and qualify
  • leads into sales opportunities.

    Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in French and professional proficiency in English (B2).
  • Solid background in B2B sales with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and the motivation to achieve sales targets.
  • Previous experience working with channel partners or managing accounts.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage sales pipelines and report ongoing activities.
