What's your Mission?

  • Collaborate effectively : Work collaboratively with consumers to address product information requests and resolve inquiries skillfully and professionally.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch : Demonstrated by exceptional grammar and spelling.
  • Advanced English Proficiency : Excellent written and spoken English communication.
  • Customer Service Enthusiast : Possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Empathetic Communication : Ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy and understanding.
  • Strong Administrative Skills : Meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver : A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem resolution.
  • Work Schedule : Monday to Sunday between 9 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm
  • Salary : €15,230 gross per year
  • Work Model : Hybrid (6 days per month at the office)
  • Training : 8 Days of Full-Time training - Monday to Friday from 10 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm
