Senior cloud DevOps Engineer in IT infrastructure in AWS and / or AZURE, with capabilities to operate and evolve the current platform architecture for the API management platform based on Apigee by Google deployed in AWS, Azure, and On-prem scenarios.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Linux and multi-cloud system operations.

Your skills :

  • At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure (VPC, EC2, Security Groups, IAM, S3, Route 53, ELB, CloudWatch). Experience with Azure is also appreciated.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible.
  • Solid foundation in networking and administration of GNU / Linux systems, particularly with Red Hat and CentOS distributions.
  • Previous knowledge of Apigee is an advantage, including its components architecture such as Zookeeper, Cassandra, and PostgreSQL installation topology configurations.
  • Basic experience with designing and developing REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of API-related concepts such as OAuth / SAML security, throttling, caching, logging, and HTTP request / response modifications. Ability to learn and utilize a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.

  • The Multi-Cloud Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer will work within the engineering team to build automation services from conception to operations.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality products and ensure engineering and operational deliverables.
  • Self-motivated to stay updated with technological advances and trends.
  • Capable of delivering results under multiple simultaneous tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage complex systems and network structures distributed across several countries.

    • Valuable requirements :

  • Certifications in Red Hat or other Linux-based system administration.
  • Architecture / SysOps AWS Certifications are a plus.

    • Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • Design secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on multi-cloud environments (AWS and / or Azure).
  • Collaborate to define and improve platform topology infrastructure.
  • Provision, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure as code.
  • Ensure configuration and compliance with corporate policies and tools.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based systems.
  • Support troubleshooting across systems communicating through cloud and on-premise networks.
  • Build and maintain operational tools for monitoring and analyzing cloud infrastructure (e.g., CloudWatch).
