You will manage cross-channel communications for a portfolio of brands, playing a key role in ensuring and expanding the success of our large international clients. Demonstrate a clear understanding of the brand by acting as an Account / Brand / QC guardian.
Handle all aspects of local market client campaigns from brief to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality final materials.
Set realistic expectations with clients by monitoring and updating all timelines.
Control budgets and scope of work.
Assist with financial reporting and ensure smooth financial operations by managing budgets and administrative tasks.
Coordinate between Project / Transcreation Management, Hogarth clients, and agencies.
Manage end-to-end AV, print, and digital adaptation processes, liaising within internal teams, media agencies, and clearance bodies.
Manage workload effectively and escalate support needs to ensure project success.
Support and train Account Managers / Executives, leading the team to perform at their best.
Follow workflows and utilize project management tools.
to ensure quality control procedures are followed before client delivery.
Identify and escalate quality control issues.
Strong social and negotiation skills.
At least 5 years of experience in a TV, print, or digital production role.
Excellent project management, time management, and prioritization skills.
Understanding of international brand challenges and experience working on global accounts with multiple markets and stakeholders.
Fluent / native English, with proficiency in German, French, or Italian preferred.
