Key Responsibilities :

• Contribute to the development and update of the Group Digital Operating Model, including processes, people, and skills.
• Derive processes from Corporate Rules and create respective documentation.
• Closely collaborate with related functions and stakeholders on defining processes and interfaces.
• Consult on local implementation of central requirements.
• Contribute to monitoring the implementation of the Digital Operating Model across our organization.
• Engage with key stakeholders in the area of IT Governance.
• Lead projects in the area of the Digital Operating Model and design training programs.
