Functions
This position, Customer Service French Market, is responsible for executing the Order to Delivery Process that supports the sales department. It is the first contact for our customers regarding service level performance.
Customer service must follow daily operational KPIs to analyze inefficiencies and implement actions to improve service quality, always striving for excellence.
