Functions

This position, Customer Service French Market, is responsible for executing the Order to Delivery Process that supports the sales department. It is the first contact for our customers regarding service level performance.

Customer service must follow daily operational KPIs to analyze inefficiencies and implement actions to improve service quality, always striving for excellence.

• Manage customer service activities to ensure excellent service.
• Work closely with Supply Planning, Distribution, and Finance to meet objectives and plans.
• Support Sales & Marketing to achieve sales targets, maintaining updated information for sharing and validation.
• Coordinate databases (Customer & Material master, etc.) to ensure accuracy and avoid complaints, returns, and credits due to data errors.
• Support customer requests and act as a central contact for inquiries.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance order process quality and efficiency.
