fr.Hanshow.Com / Position OverviewAs Legal Counsel within Hanshow Group's Overseas Legal Department (directly reporting to the Director of Marketing Strategy & Legal Compliance), you may align under the European Regional Manager while handling these core responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities1. Contract Management :

Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including purchase and sale agreements with clients, distribution agreements, service provider contracts, EPC contracts, NDAs, co-development agreements, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, and etc.2. Dispute Resolution :

Managing complaints and disputes involving customers, suppliers, or third parties, in coordination with the Insurance team or external legal advisors as needed.3. Regulatory Advisory :

Providing support on complex regulatory matters with significant operational impact, including environmental compliance and product access permits in designated markets.4. Compliance Leadership :

Serving as the primary point of contact for competition and compliance matters, including anti-corruption, international sanctions, and GDPR, while supporting the implementation of Group-wide compliance programs.5. Functional Development :

• Staff training on critical legal topics- External counsel relationship management- Cross-functional initiatives (template standardization, tool development)- Supporting external growth initiatives and complex transactions related to the Group’s business development, as needed.Note :

Responsibilities will evolve alongside business needs and the incumbent’s expertise.Candidate Profile- Master’s degree in Business Law (international legal training preferred)- 1–3 years of experience in-house or at a law firm with a corporate focus- Preferred expertise :

IT and / or energy sector contracts under Spanish and EU law- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken- Proficiency in Mandarin or French is an advantage (German, Portuguese, or Italian also considered)- Demonstrates analytical rigor and meticulous attention to detail- Strong business-oriented, problem-solving approach- Proven adaptability in multicultural environmentsProfessional Competencies- Prioritization & strategic vision alignment- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional engagement capability- Autonomous operation with solution-driven pragmatismWhat Hanshow Offers :
