Job Description

  • Provide Commercial advisory support to General Manager at both hotels.
  • Create business strategies and SMART plan to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and maintain market share. This includes advertising, sales promotion, proactive & reactive selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, ect.
  • Perform regular market analysis and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends. Cultivate and maintain long-term professional relationships with keys clients and industry partners.
  • Maintains good communication with Accor Regional Sales and Marketing teams to drive and implement both strategic and tactical brand campaigns
  • Develop business and leisure travel promotions; releases to press and target audience. Maintain good working relationships with local and international media. Explore valuable media trades where appropriate

Qualifications

  • Experience in similar position with excellent leadership, interpersonnel, communication and B2B / B2C customer skills.
  • Excellence sales and negotiation skills with ability to establish & build business partnerships.
