The “SIDE PROJECT” you are looking for :

At Nexa Ventures, we present proven and replicable business ideas in Spain and / or Latin America, offer specialized Venture Capital training, and identify founders and pre-seed investment opportunities.

We do all this through our Newsletter, our Edtech platform, and our startup identification software. Additionally, we have an investment vehicle in which we invest in startups as Business Angels.

We are looking for a Software Engineer to help us develop this “SIDE PROJECT” by transforming our startup identification platform from a simple MVP created with Python into a leading SaaS platform in the Fintech sector.

As a Co-Founder & CTO, You Will Be Responsible For :

Developing the software, both front-end and back-end, with the help of the co-founders.
Analyzing problematic situations and occurrences, providing solutions to ensure the company's survival and growth.
Designing commercial, product, and growth strategies.
Building trust with key partners and stakeholders.
Maintaining deep knowledge of the market and industry of the company.

Requirements

Extremely curious and passionate about technology and business.

Strong Full Stack Development Skills.

Proven track record of taking projects from 0 to 1 and getting hands dirty.

Experience in a startup, scale-up, VC, or similar environment.

Bonus : experience in developing fintech products.

Proven entrepreneurial and analytical mindset in solving complex problems with limited resources.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertainty.

Excellent communication and public speaking skills in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
