Position Overview

As the Director Program Management within the AI function, you will serve as a strategic right hand to the Chief AI & Data Officer, to ensure seamless execution of the AI and Data strategy across the organization. This high-impact role is designed for a systems thinker and orchestrator who excels at turning vision into action, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and driving execution excellence across AI and data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Alignment & Execution : Translate the Chief AI & Data Officer’s strategic vision into actionable programs and initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Program & Portfolio Management : Lead the end-to-end coordination of the AI and data project portfolio, overseeing planning, dependencies, resourcing, and execution progress across teams.
• Cross-functional Orchestration : Act as the connective tissue between AI, engineering, product, data, business units, and leadership—ensuring communication flows, alignment on priorities, and rapid decision-making.
• Executive Support & Communication : Prepare strategic briefings, presentations, and updates for internal and executive stakeholders. Represent the Chief AI & Data Officer in cross-functional meetings where needed.
• Operational Excellence : Drive rhythm-of-the-business activities, including quarterly planning, progress reviews, and budget tracking for AI initiatives.
• Change Enablement : Support the rollout of new AI capabilities, ways of working, and organizational changes by ensuring the necessary infrastructure, communication, and stakeholder buy-in are in place.
