You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with mobile operators and tourism entities, driving sales with media and advertising agencies, and establishing Travel Ad as the go-to platform for the European advertising and tourism industries.Responsibilities
- Market Expansion : Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe, focusing on telecom operators, tourism boards, airports, and media agencies.
- Sales Leadership : Drive revenue growth by leading end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation and proposals to negotiation and deal closure.
- Partnership Development : Build and nurture long-term relationships with European mobile operators and strategic ecosystem partners.
- Team Building : Assist in hiring and managing a small but high-performing local team as the business grows.
- Regional Strategy : Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Europe.
- Brand Representation : Represent Sibia Technologies and Travel Ad at European industry events, conferences, and client meetings.Requirements
- 5+ years of sales / business development experience, preferably in telecom, travel tech, digital media, or advertising platforms.
- Proven track record of closing deals with enterprise clients or large-scale partners.
- Strong network within telecom, tourism, or travel ecosystems in Europe is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (especially Spanish or French) are a strong advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
