Are you looking to gain real work experience in a dynamic international startup?

PASSNFLY is a travel-tech company based in Barcelona, helping automate flight check-ins for passengers worldwide. We're growing fast and expanding into new travel services—and we're looking for motivated and curious interns to join us

We are currently accepting applications for three internship positions :

Human Resources Intern

What you'll do :

  • Post job offers, screen applications, and schedule / conduct interviews
  • Communicate with candidates and send offer / rejection emails
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Prepare HR documents, internal reports, and onboarding materials
  • Help plan internal events, birthdays, and monthly activities
  • Assist managers with admin and coordination tasks

Operations & Research Intern

What you'll do :

  • Conduct online research (qualitative + quantitative)
  • Support QA testing and bug reporting
  • Draft and review legal / operational documents
  • Use Asana and other tools to help track internal projects
  • Create and manage spreadsheets and reports
  • Collaborate with other teams on ongoing projects

    • Customer Service Intern (On-site / Limited remote positions available)

    What you'll do :

  • Handle customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Troubleshoot issues and collect customer feedback
  • Share accurate info about our services
  • Update and maintain customer records
  • Help improve customer service processes
  • Support the check-in operations team when needed

    • Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program
  • Able to provide a university internship / learning agreement
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Available for a minimum of 3 months
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
