Process Automation Specialist

We are seeking a Process Automation Specialist to join our team in supporting the delivery of a new project within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV systems and be knowledgeable about GMP standards. They will collaborate with process, validation, and quality teams on commissioning and qualification tasks, author and maintain batch recipes, tune loops, and manage alarms.

In addition, the successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve automation issues using structured change control processes, contribute to FAT / SAT, validation, and system lifecycle documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and support Emerson DeltaV DCS systems in line with GMP standards
• Collaborate with process, validation, and quality teams on commissioning and qualification tasks
• Author and maintain batch recipes, tune loops, and manage alarms
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues using structured change control processes
• Contribute to FAT / SAT, validation, and system lifecycle documentation
