Senior Scrum Master - Barcelona

At KENOS Technology , we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join projects in the automotive sector, to work onsite in Barcelona.

We’re looking for a Scrum Master with a strategic mindset , ready to guide a team on its journey toward becoming a high-performing, product-driven team . This is not a role for a ceremony facilitator, we need someone who understands delivery, collaboration, ownership, and how to foster a culture of continuous improvement and product thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team’s transformation from a delivery mindset to a product and value mindset by self-organization and become high performant.
• Facilitate dynamics that boost team autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and shared ownership of the product .
• Ensure the Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective) are purposeful and effective — not just rituals.
• Proactively identify and remove blockers — whether technical, organizational, or interpersonal.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through agile metrics and active retrospectives.
• Support alignment between the Product Team, Product Owner, and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate sessions around product vision, sprint goals, and discovery when needed.
• Act as a mentor and coach, helping the team grow in maturity, accountability, and learning.
