We’re Hiring : Talent Acquisition Specialist
Your mission :
Help us scale our teams by hiring top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do :
- Own full-cycle recruitment processes, including high-volume hiring across various business areas.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define effective hiring strategies.
- Actively source and engage top candidates using a variety of channels and creative approaches.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every stage — even during high-volume processes.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to position Dojo as a top employer in the market.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve speed and quality of hire.
- Work closely with the People & Culture team on onboarding and talent development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For :
2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in startups or fast-growing environments .Proven track record in volume hiring and closing diverse roles across multiple functions.Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders.Proactive, solutions-driven and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.Experience using ATS tools (e.g. Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Teamtailor, etc.).Fluency in English is essential ; Spanish is a strong plus.What We Offer :
