Position : Instructional Content Designer

This position is part of the Global Technical Learning team, responsible for designing meaningful learning experiences and creating digital learning content to ensure knowledge transfer for field-based jobs. The primary purpose is to define product learning programs that build practical skills for our field-based employees worldwide. The role involves designing digital content such as video tutorials, animations, and using multimedia tools to enhance learning.

Main tasks include :

• Designing and implementing engaging learning programs for engineering and technical service employees, including rollout plans, measurement, and maintenance.
• Ensuring programs align with instructional methodologies and conducting needs analyses to create meaningful learning experiences that transfer knowledge effectively.
• Creating visually appealing and effective materials, managing multimedia production like animations and videos, with proficiency in graphic design tools a plus. Scripting clear, concise content in English.
• Managing stakeholder communication across various teams and countries, ensuring reliable outcomes.
• Managing complex projects using traditional and agile methodologies.
