Position : Instructional Content Designer

This position is part of the Global Technical Learning team, responsible for designing meaningful learning experiences and creating digital learning content to ensure knowledge transfer for field-based jobs. The primary purpose is to define product learning programs that build practical skills for our field-based employees worldwide. The role involves designing digital content such as video tutorials, animations, and using multimedia tools to enhance learning.
Main tasks include :
- Designing and implementing engaging learning programs for engineering and technical service employees, including rollout plans, measurement, and maintenance.
- Ensuring programs align with instructional methodologies and conducting needs analyses to create meaningful learning experiences that transfer knowledge effectively.
- Creating visually appealing and effective materials, managing multimedia production like animations and videos, with proficiency in graphic design tools a plus. Scripting clear, concise content in English.
- Managing stakeholder communication across various teams and countries, ensuring reliable outcomes.
- Managing complex projects using traditional and agile methodologies.
Qualifications :
Master's degree or higher in instructional design (preferred), or in education, marketing, business administration, communications, or technology. Post-graduate education in instructional design or learning methodologies is required if the master's is in another field. Additional education in project management or content creation is a plus.At least 5 years of experience in instructional design.Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, project management, and learning technologies such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Suite (e.g., After Effects), SuccessFactors LMS, and AI-supported creation tools.Experience in reporting learning effectiveness and strong scripting and copywriting skills. Leadership skills to coordinate with animators, SMEs, and business stakeholders are essential.Other competencies :
