The Role :
We're seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to lead proactive risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities :
Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risksDevelop risk management strategies and action plans to mitigate identified risksMonitor and analyze risk indicators and trendsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation measuresEvaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management controls and processesPrepare and present comprehensive risk reports to senior managementStay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments related to risk managementProvide guidance and support to junior risk analystsWhat you need to succeed in this role :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management or related fieldStrong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and risk management principlesExperience in acquiring is preferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work with complex dataAbility to effectively communicate complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholdersProficiency in risk management software and toolsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsBachelor's degree in finance, risk management, or a related fieldProfessional certifications in risk management (e.g., FRM, CRM) are a plusWhat we offer :
