Manage integration projects from start to finish

Be the main technical contact for clients during and after onboarding

Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and partners

Track project progress, escalate issues, and ensure sign-offs

Contribute to improving internal processes

Step in as backup for other integration managers if needed

128269; What We're Looking For

1+ year of experience in integration, project management, QA or IT support

Solid understanding of technical systems ( REST, APIs, etc.)

Strong communication in Mandarin and English

Experience with requirements management is a plus

Client-focused, organized, and comfortable with shifting priorities

Team player with a proactive mindset
