The main purpose of this role is to detect tender opportunities and take care of the tender process being aligned with tender requirements in timing and in collaboration with the involved key departments. All this process will ensure the correct application of local procurement Law and will be tracked through all the stablish tools, avoiding submitting an offer that has not been officially approved. We are looking for a responsible person, with initiative, looking for continuous improvement, with good analytical skills, decisive and with qualities for teamwork . Tenders Specialist will be responsible for managing the overall tender response process and responding to all related internal and external enquiries. The role will combine deep expertise public‑procurement law with proven capability in tender management, process optimization, analytics skills and stakeholder leadership.

This role will be reporting to the Sr. Tender and Commercial Operations Manager Spain and will be working as hybrid role (Esplugues, Barcelona).

What will you be doing?

Lead tender process for assigned areas, administrative documents, collection of technical files and draft of the economical part.

Daily identification of new tenders and communication with involved stakeholders when potential new opportunities are identified

Analysis of solvency and technical requirements, award criteria, etc.

Preparation of all the necessary documentation to be able to submit tenders. Compilation of technical information and preparation of the administrative part to be presented.

Delivery through electronic platforms or other means that are enabled for the presentation of tenders, complying with the internal deadlines of the company.

Management on all public contracts as well as provide advice on pre-tender functions to our internal stakeholders

Coordinate and record all documentation required and maintain a central contract database.

Analysis of success ratios, compliance and strategic action plans with stakeholders.

Be updated on possible legislative changes with impact on Public Tenders

Responsibilities :

Tender management end to end process (Pretender, tender submission phase)

What will you need to be successful?

Education :

Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Economics or Law. Alternative : accreditation of experience minimum 3 years in the tasks to be performed.

Licenses / Certifications & Experience required :

Proficient with Microsoft Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Minimum 3 years' experience in tender departments, in medical device sector

Solid experience in using public authorities’ platforms

Soft Skills :
