Senior DevOps Engineer – Direct Contract | Hybrid (3 days / week onsite) – Madrid, Las TablasWe're hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer for a direct contract with an international Insurtech product company. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll help define and build the DevOps standards from the ground up.Key Focus :

Expertise in GitHub for automated deployments and building end-to-end workflows across hybrid infrastructures.Tech Stack & Core Responsibilities :

Automated deployment pipelines – critical to the role.- Infrastructure across SaaS and On-Prem, with deployments on JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic.- Containerized environments :

Kubernetes, OpenShift, AKS, NKS, AWS Fargate.- Advanced use of HELM, GitHub Actions (incl. reusable workflows), Copilot, GitHub Issues and Projects.- Leading migration from Jenkins to GitHub Actions.- Infrastructure as Code with Terraform (AWS & Azure).- Monitoring with Dynatrace and CloudWatch.- Automation and scripting in Node.Js and Bash.What's waiting for you :

Join a 7-person team, co-led with another DevOps manager.- Take ownership of tooling governance, solution design, and shared task management.- Help define DevOps for the organization — there's a lot to build.- Collaborate closely with development and architecture teams.What we're looking for :

Strong technical leadership and the ability to design and implement scalable solutions.- Full lifecycle DevOps mindset with a focus on automation and deployment reliability.- Excellent communication, assertiveness, and adaptability.- English level :

B2 or higher.
