The purpose of this role is to support client teams and their clients by providing operational support throughout the client lifecycle, including onboarding, campaign coordination, budget management, reporting, and audits.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage campaign timelines and provide operational support in coordination with internal and external associates to ensure materials are received / distributed correctly and meet quality expectations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with media operations teams and key partners across media brands.
• Collaborate with team members and senior management to implement continuous improvements in client and campaign management processes.
• Ensure smooth client transitions from onboarding to offboarding.
• Support the setup of contracts and client records, and system maintenance in partnership with planning teams.
• Maintain and utilize budgets by creating or tracking necessary references, such as media purchase authorizations and budget details.
• Manage client reporting requirements and generate report templates as needed.
• Assist brand leadership in conducting client audits.
• Provide additional operational support as required.
