About the Role :
We are seeking a visionary leader to join Printful x Printify as Head of Supply Partnerships. This strategic role involves guiding and scaling our Supply Partnerships team—driving growth through partner management, operational excellence, and innovation.
Your Daily Tasks Will Entail :
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Supply Partnership Managers, fostering ownership, collaboration, and high performance.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development.
- Provide feedback to develop individual and team capabilities.
Strategic Partnership & Platform Growth
Define and execute partner strategy for the platform.Translate strategic priorities into operational plans.Implement partner cooperation frameworks and goals.Develop long-term growth plans with partners aligned to business priorities.Advise Platform leadership on growth initiatives.Represent the team in cross-functional planning and senior discussions.Identify new partnership opportunities and innovation areas.Oversee partner portfolio performance and relationships.Guide partner campaigns, incentive programs, and co-marketing initiatives.Maintain high-quality partner management processes.Improve internal processes and documentation for scalability.Use data and feedback to identify gaps and solutions.Manage pricing, service levels, and contracts.Market & Industry Expertise
Stay updated on marketplace trends, intelligence, and innovations.Act as a thought leader in the ecosystem, promoting partnership excellence.Requirements :
5+ years in business partnerships, vendor management, or strategic accounts, preferably in e-commerce or platform environments.Success in scaling partner programs and leading high-impact teams.Strategic thinker with a bias for action.Strong analytical and data-driven decision skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including senior leadership influence.We offer :
