Role Overview :

We're looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Spain. This is a performance-focused sales role where ownership, speed, and resilience are key. You’ll be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities across SMB and mid-market segments. You’ll need to be proactive, tenacious, and laser-focused on driving pipeline and revenue.

This is an office-based role, working out of our vibrant co-working space in Poblenou, Barcelona – which is being developed into the European head office of Dubai-based Grubtech. You'll be surrounded by a small but fast-growing team, playing a key part in expanding our footprint across Europe.

An uncapped commission structure rewards high performance – your earnings grow with your results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and outreach to pitching, closing, and signing.
  • Generate new opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and follow-ups on inbound leads.
  • Deliver engaging, high-impact product demos that show clear business value.
  • Maintain a fast-paced sales rhythm with high daily activity and deal volume.
  • Accurately manage pipeline and deal stages in HubSpot and report to leadership regularly.
  • Stay sharp on product, process, and competitor updates to keep your edge.
  • Push hard, stay consistent, and always keep momentum moving forward.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • 2–4 years of direct SaaS sales experience in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas consistently.
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills – you're not afraid to pick up the phone or chase deals.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred), highly organized, and metrics-focused.
