Strategic Procurement Manager Market Data

In this key strategic role you will manage the procurement of Market Data solutions that drive informed decisions in energy trading and portfolio management. Youll focus on cost efficiency compliance and value creation across sourcing activities.

What you will do :

Develop and implement procurement strategies for Market Data solutions

Lead sourcing projects and negotiate contracts with data providers

Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage supplier performance

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and risk management standards

Collaborate closely with Market Data Licensing Market Data IT and other stakeholders

Analyze procurement data and report on sourcing KPIs

What you bring & who you are :

Degree in Business Procurement or a related field; certifications like CIPS / CPSM are a plus

Proven experience in strategic sourcing vendor management and contract negotiations

Familiarity with market data providers (e.g. Bloomberg ICE Refinitiv) and licensing models

Analytical detail-oriented and results-driven with strong communication skills

Fluent in English; German and other languages are an advantage

Comfortable with procurement tools (SAP Oracle) and reporting platforms (Excel Power BI)
