As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll be an integral part of our Product & Tech team, working closely with others to shape and deliver exceptional user-centric web applications. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, wants to contribute to product development, and is highly skilled in both front-end and back-end technologies.

Your Mission

You'll join our Product team to build world-class applications that align with business goals and user needs. This isn't just a coding role—it's about being involved in the full product lifecycle, bringing your technical expertise and creativity to the table as we build scalable, intuitive solutions.

Job Functions

Develop and maintain front-end applications using React and TypeScript
Build robust and scalable back-end solutions using Python and Django Rest Framework (DRF)
Create and maintain reusable component libraries, contributing to design and development consistency
Work as part of the product team to design features that solve real user problems
Participate in product discussions, contributing ideas that align with technical feasibility and user impact
Translate product requirements into functional, elegant front-end solutions
Implement and maintain robust testing practices, including unit and integration tests with tools like Jest and Pytest
Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles to ensure clean and maintainable code
Stay updated with the latest technologies and propose improvements to our stack and workflows
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems
Optimize database queries and ensure efficient data processing.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor applications effectively

Requirements

Must-Have Skills :

4+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with expertise in React and TypeScript

4+ years of experience in back-end development, with expertise in Python and Django

Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest and Pytest, and an understanding of TDD practices

Strong experience consuming RESTful APIs and building responsive, user-focused web applications

English fluency at C1 / C2 level for effective communication in an international team

A product-oriented mindset, with a strong interest in solving user problems through technology

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Exposure to Agile methodologies and experience in cross-functional teams

Basic knowledge of software architecture, infrastructure concepts, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Experience working with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Soft Skills :

Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills

Passion for creating impactful, user-centric products

Analytical problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and quality
